We at Cornell Farm have always held Pansies in high regard—they bloom like crazy from Fall to Spring, they’re tough as nails, and when you get a bunch together, their fragrance is heavenly. So in celebration of Cornell Farm’s 20th anniversary of growing and selling pansies and everything for the garden, we invite you to our annual Pansy Festival.
Bring those Pansy Bucks you earned from purchases since June and redeem them for anything in the nursery (except for local art and produce), for up to 1/2 off your purchase.
Opening weekend activities all focus on LOCAL:
Garden Art Show - A collection of 15 local artists featuring nature-inspired art for the garden as well as in the home. Created using wood, metal, glass, paintings, fiber, jewelry and recycled materials. Discounts or coupons do not apply to pieces in this show. (exhibit continues through September 30) Click here for a list of participating artists.
Live Music - Sweet City Slang, virtuoso musicians playing blues and “hobo soul”, with many other recognizable musical influences.
Gourmet Food - Gourmet treats will be provided by the best-kept neighborhood dining secret Hands On Cafe, located in the Oregon College of Art & Craft.
